Using an amp

- Since the bass you're playing is electric, you're probably going to be plugging it into an amp so I thought I'd go over some basics about amps and amp settings. Not too elaborate, but just some basics that you need to know to get up and running, which is of course our main point here. Basically, I'm using just a little practice amp here today, just to illustrate notes and illustrate what I'm doing. It's not very elaborate, but it's all you really need to hear the notes you're playing and know if what you're doing is correct or not. All amps have some tone controls on 'em. You've got a bass and I get a lot of emails and questions about how do I set my amp or what settings do you use or questions along those lines.
