Adding layered Photoshop files

We are starting this video in Photoshop, because I want you understand exactly how Motion handles a layered Photoshop document. In the Layers tab, I'm just going to explore some of the different settings within this document. The Sky layer is set at 53%. If I turn it off and on and you can see how that's affecting the overall composition. I have a Glass layer that has a transfer mode on it, but its Opacity is at 100%, and then I have a group of two other layers up here at the top. The Imagine layer contains my text, and it also has an effect, which creates the Outer Glow on the letters.

Underneath that I have a GreenLine, which contains a Hard Light transfer mode, and its Opacity is at 53%. So let's import this into Motion and see what happens. Navigate in your File Browser to your Exercise folder, and in the Media folder go to the Psds folder. Finally we are at the Image_Board.psd.
