Add symmetry with filters
- [Instructor] Through the use of filters, you can create symmetrical animations rather easily, as long as you understand some of the constraints around which the filters function. Let me show you what I mean. If I press the Play button down here, you'll see I've got particles that are emitting out of the center area behind my title. And while that's interesting, it doesn't really jive with the symmetry I've got going of these animated circles. So I'll stop playback here, and I want to start by selecting the particles layer here in my Layers Panel. Then I want to go to the Inspector and if you notice on that layer group, I've got this setting called fixed resolution and the type of layer is a 2D layer. Whenever you're applying filters, it's important to understand how fixed resolution works.
