Join Mary Cooch for an in-depth discussion in this video Downloading assignments, part of Moodle 2.5 Essential Training.
If you have a large class, who have all…uploaded files as assignments, you might find it easier to…download their files and check them out offline, especially if…your internet connection is sometimes a bit slow or unreliable.…In this video, we're going to download a class of assignment files.…And to do this, we'll just scroll down to the section where we have all…our assignments, which is assessment and evaluation,…and choose the Wizard of Oz Presentation Assignment.…When…I click on it, we get to the Assignment screen.…And when we click, View, Grade, or Submissions, we can see…that the students in our class have all uploaded PowerPoint Presentations.…
And to download all of these, we go to the drop-down…box at the top, Grading Action, and choose Download All Submissions.…You see that this then prompts me to choose a…place to save a compressed or zipped folder of their assignments.…I'm going to save it to the…desktop for ease of access.…So, if I now minimize my screen and go to the desktop, we can…see that over here we have a compressed folder of the whole class assignment.…
