With the new Boost theme in Moodle 3.2, blocks are not as important as they have been in the past. You can still utilize blocks to create your course, but they will not be visible on the Moodle mobile version of your course.

With that being said, you can still add blocks…so in this video, let's take a look at…how you can do that.…The first thing I need to do is make sure that…editing is turned on so I'll click on the…gear icon in the upper right hand corner…and make sure that I have editing turned on,…which is the second choice down.…
