- [Narrator] With a significant increase in remote and hybrid work. Many people are now engaged at a workplace experience that is very different from just a few years ago. We need to handle our responsibilities while supporting our teams and coworkers from multiple locations. Often separated by long distances. Doing this while maintaining a consistent corporate culture can be challenging. Microsoft hopes to meet this challenge with Microsoft Viva. Which they define as an employee experience platform. Viva is not a single application or service. It's a platform, an ecosystem of tools that integrates with applications and systems that you may already be using in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365. There are four main parts in Viva which are known as modules. These include Viva Topics, Viva Insights Viva Learning and Viva Connections. Some of these modules were available to users when Viva was announced in February of 2021. But some other modules and some features within existing modules were not available immediately. And will be rolled out over the rest of 2021. I'm Nick Brazzi and I've put together a quick first look training course to introduce the Viva platform. We'll go into each of the four Viva modules one by one, we'll cover many of the tools and features that are available today. And give an introduction to what we can expect from the other tools that will be released over time.
