Use the Who command to find information about coworkers
- [Speaker] The who command in Microsoft Teams lets you quickly search for a co-worker, and find information about them. This feature only works if you are in an organization that has linked their company directory to their Microsoft 365 Deployment. One way to use the who command is to go to the command box up here at the top. So I'll click on the command box, and I have to start this command with the slash, so I'll type slash who, then when I hit the space bar, it sets that command. And now, I just need to put in the name of a person. So, I'm going to search for information on Stewart Mori, type in the name and hit Return. Now, if this is your first time using this feature, it will ask for your permission. You're giving it permission to search your company directory from your account. But once you grant that permission, it will search for that person, and give you this information. And what we see here, will…
