- This week's Microsoft Teams tip was recommended by one of our LinkedIn learning members. During a meeting or video call in Teams you can share a PowerPoint presentation. If you have presenter notes in your presentation or want to take advantage of the Presenter view in PowerPoint, you can do that in a Teams meeting. But how you do it is probably not very obvious and takes a little explanation. Now I need to start with my PowerPoint presentation open so I have that open over here in PowerPoint. This will not work if you're using PowerPoint on the web. So now I'm going to go over to Teams and I'm going to join a meeting that's already in progress, I'll just click Join on this, make sure all my settings are right and then click Join now.
