- [Instructor] Throughout this course, certain settings have been discussed as they pertain to a feature that's being demonstrated. Because there are many other settings that can be customized in Microsoft Teams, it's worth helping you to understand how to modify these as well. Before we go in and take a look at the settings in the notifications, I'd like to point out something in this chat conversation that you see displayed. At the top of the chat where Sandie Gobnet's name is, notice just below that there's a small yellow circle. It's actually a clock icon. And next to that it's letting us know that the last time that Sandie saw this chat message was at 10:07 a.m. The clock is indicating that she is away. There's not been any activity for a short period of time here in the Microsoft Teams app. This is called Presence, and this Presence status is automatically updated on Sandie's behalf by the Microsoft Teams app.…
