- You can make audio and video calls directly from the Microsoft teams app. And there's a couple of places that you can go to, to initiate these calls. We're going to start by going to the calls area of this app. Let's go to the bar at the bottom and tap more. Then tap calls. That takes us to the calls list. The panel on the left is the list of all the incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. You'll notice an arrow pointing up, and an arrow pointing down indicating if that's an incoming or an outgoing call also a timestamp of how long the call went on for. If you see the red text with a clock that's indicating that it was a missed call. Now, if I'd like to place a call from this area I can select the handset with the plus sign in the upper right corner of the calls panel. Then I can search for the person that I'd like to call. If I'd like to call Sandy, I can type Sandy's name in. It recognizes Sandy and it's showing in the…
