- [Instructor] In this week's Tips for Microsoft Teams, I want to look at a few options you have for sending messages that are only available in the mobile app. We'll see voice messages and we'll see how to send your location. So you'll need to start by composing a new message. You could go to a private chat conversation or what I'll do is go to the Teams section. Then I'll select a channel in one of my teams. And from here, I could reply to an existing post or I could tap new posts down at the bottom to start a new conversation. But anytime you're in a text field to write a message, there will be a microphone icon to the right. All you need to do is tap and hold that microphone button to record your message. Now, don't just tap it. You do need to hold it the entire time you're talking. So let's do that. I'll record a message. We've arrived at the conference center.
