- [Instructor] Not only can you access your OneDrive files directly from Microsoft Teams. You can also share files with other people directly from Microsoft Teams. Here we are in a chat with Sandy, and in this chat, there is a message that says, here's the letter we can drop together. And then there's a hyperlink. By selecting this hyperlink, it would open the file. This is a file that has been shared from OneDrive. Now, I'm logged in as Austin, so it's been shared from Austin's OneDrive document library. The next example directly below that in the chat area says I created this so we can put together a budget. But notice instead of a link, it has a banner notification. That banner indicates it's an Excel workbook. We can see the Excel icon. We also see the name of the workbook. Our clubbudget.xlsx. So great indicators as to what type of file this is, and it just calls a bit more attention to the file. And again…
