Pin important chats and conversation channels for quicker access
- [Instructor] In this week's tips for Microsoft Teams, we're talking about customizing the application interface. Specifically, I want to talk about pinning your favorite conversation channels and your favorite private chats to make the most important conversations easier to get to. And I'm starting here in the Teams section where you can see I am a member of three different teams and each of them has several conversation channels in them. Now, for all of the teams that you are a member of, you may only read messages in a few specific channels. So what you might want to do is find a channel that you read most often, point at it and you'll see this button will appear with three little dots. Click on that and choose Pin. And now, I can see that channel is pinned up here to the top of the list. In fact, it makes a new category here called Pinned.
