- [Instructor] There are so many new features being introduced to Microsoft Teams and a lot of these have to do with chatting. I'd like to show you a few of the ones that I like to use every day to make me more efficient in my chats and also give me better capabilities to manage all of the different chats that I'm a part of. So here we are, we're in this School Fundraiser chat and notice next to the message it says looking forward to putting this event together. There is an eye icon. That indicates that someone has viewed this message and if we scroll down just a little bit here, you'll notice next to that barbecue party image, there's a check mark and a circle, which indicates it's been sent but it has not been viewed by anyone quite yet.
