- [Instructor] I've recently gotten several questions about deleting messages in Teams. So in this week's weekly tips, let's clarify your options for editing and deleting messages. And the easiest way to think of this is in most cases you can edit or delete messages that you have posted, but you cannot delete messages posted by other people. For example, I'm here in the Team section and I'm in a specific conversation channel, and I want to post a message. And this is going to work the same whether you post a new conversation or reply to an existing thread. So I'm going to reply to this conversation. I'll type in my message and I'll hit the send button. And immediately after posting that message I realize that it sounds kind of rude. So now if I point at that message I get these on-screen controls that pop up. I can click on this button with three little dots to open this menu, and I have the options to either delete…
