- [Instructor] No matter what you're viewing in the Microsoft Teams app, if someone is calling you, you're going to receive a notification with a way to either accept or decline the call. Let's check it out. Here's a call coming in from Sandy. To accept the call, we can tap the blue and white check mark. To decline the call, we can tap the red and white X. Let's go ahead and decline the call. If we'd accepted the call, we would have the same controls that Sandy would have in this call, to be able to mute and unmute, to be able to use the speaker phone, share content as well as other options. It's also worth pointing out that if you happen to miss a call or you need to see your call history, there's a couple of places that you'll find this information. One is activity.
