- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. Project Isn't meant to be a hardcore financial tool. However, you can keep your eye on project profit with a few custom fields. In this sample project, I'm looking at the Gantt chart with the summary table applied. The first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to create a custom view specifically for looking at profit. On the task tab, click the bottom half of the Gantt chart button, and then at the bottom of the menu, choose save view. In the save view dialog box I'm going to call this C colon profit. So this is going to be a custom view to look at profit and the C colon shows that I've got a custom view. So I'm going to click okay to save the view. Now I'm going to add some fields to the custom table in this view. I'm going to right click the duration heading and choose insert column. We're going to start with ACWP.
