- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. Contingency funds represent money that management hands out if needed to respond to issues. Project doesn't have a built-in feature to track them, but we're going to set up a few custom fields so you can do it yourself. In this example project, the project is already baselined. You can see baseline values in here. We're looking at the Gantt chart with the cost table applied. The first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to save this view as a custom view. So I'm going to go to the view tab, then click the Gantt chart down arrow and choose save view. I'm going to call the view c: contingency and then click okay. And now over on the left side, you can see that I've got my custom view in place. Now, what I'm going to do now is head to the project tab and click custom fields. in the custom fields dialog box, in the type drop-down, choose costs because we want to create some custom cost…
