- [Bonnie] Hi, Bonnie Biafore here. Continuing with our previous tip, I'm going to show you how to link tasks in your Project files to their corresponding change request documentation. So here I've got a project displayed in project, and this view has the task list filtered. So I only see work tasks, and I only see the ones related to a single change request, in this case it's IT-1. So if I want to add a link to the change request documentation, really the easiest way to do that is with a hyperlink. And to add a hyperlink to a task, you right click the task, and then in the shortcut menu, choose link. That opens up the insert hyperlink dialogue box. Now it's set to existing file or webpage, which is what I want. The first thing I'm going to do is in the text to display box, I'm going to type in what I want to show up when I see the icon for a hyperlink in Project.
