- [Nick] Microsoft Lists is a list-making tool, but it goes way beyond simple to-do lists or shopping list. It's a robust tool for storing multiple pieces of data in a way that can be visualized effectively and shared with collaborators. Microsoft Lists is part of the Microsoft 365 subscription, so if you are a subscriber with a Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise account, then you can use Microsoft Lists on its own or as a feature inside of Microsoft Teams. I'm Nick Brazzi, and in my first look at Microsoft Lists, we'll see how to create lists from scratch or from a template. We'll see how to completely customize a list and add items to it and make it available to your coworkers for real-time collaboration. We'll spend some time making an inventory list and a schedule of events for a conference, but you'll also get an idea for lots of different types of lists that you can build and data that you can organize in Microsoft Lists.
