- [Instructor] Form responses are stored in an Excel workbook. If you want to perform analysis on the form responses, you'll need to open the workbook. Start with the form open, then select the Responses tab. Next, select Open in Excel. This downloads a local copy of this workbook to your computer. Open this file in the desktop version of Excel. Once the file is open, you can View or select Enable Editing to analyze the data. And that's how you can open Form Responses in an Excel workbook.
