Share to collaborate on a form

- [Instructor] If you need to collaborate with others while designing a form, you can share a link. Start by selecting Share. From the share panel that displays, scroll to the section Share To Collaborate. Then in this section, select "Get a link to view and edit." This generates a new link that can be used. Let's scroll down. Here's the new link that's provided. Before copying this to the clipboard, choose who can access this link. We'll select the down arrow and there's two choices: users with an Office 365 work or school account or people within your organization. Both will be able to view and edit the form. Let's select people in my organization. Select Copy. This copies the link to the clipboard for pasting later in an email, presentation, or elsewhere. Once done, click outside of the share panel to close it. And that's how you can share a link to collaborate on a form with others.
