- [Instructor] Microsoft Forms lets participants provide information online, but you might want to print a paper copy or a PDF as a sample. In this movie, I will show you how to print a blank copy of a survey or quiz from within Microsoft Forms. I'm working within a form that I created using Microsoft Forms. And if I want to print a copy of it, all I need to do is go to the ellipse button at the top right. It's called more form settings, so click there. And then I'll click Print Form. And doing so displays the form in preview, and I can choose my printer as usual. So for example, I can print to PDF, or I can use any one of my other printers that I have available. And if you scroll down, you can see that page breaks are preserved. So we have question number two, if you answered Other, question number three, and so on. Most of the time, individuals will fill out your forms online, but if you need a printed or PDF…
