- [Nick] Welcome to a quick first look at Microsoft Forms. I'm Nick Brazzi. Forms is a tool included with certain Office 365 accounts that will allow you to create surveys and quizzes that you can send to your coworkers, employees, students, customers, and, well, anybody you need to collect information from. Microsoft Forms is designed for speed and simplicity, so this course is not a deep training course. It's only meant to be a quick introduction, which will be enough for most people to get started with Forms.
First, we'll see how to create a form. We will generate a list of questions exploring the different types of questions that you can use. Then we'll send that form to people through email, but we'll also see a few other methods you can use to distribute your survey or quiz. Then we'll see how to review the data that you get after people have filled out and submitted their responses to your form. Microsoft Forms is available to users with Office 365 Education, Education Plus, and Education E5 accounts.
At the time of this recording, Forms is also being rolled out to most Office 365 Business and Enterprise organizations, as well. If you are not able to access it, you should contact your Office 365 administrator for more information. So, let's jump in for our quick introduction to Microsoft Forms.
