Create a file upload field

- [Instructor] If a question requires the responder to upload a file, a field can be provided for such within a form. Start by selecting Add new. From the menu, select More question types. From the context menu, select File upload. A new folder will be created within your OneDrive document library. Files uploaded by responders will be captured within this folder. The name of the folder is Apps. Go ahead and select OK to create this folder within the document library. Next, type in the question. I have it copied to the clipboard, so I'm going to go ahead and paste it within the question field. Media can also be included, an optional picture or a video. Let's go ahead and set the file number limit. We'll leave that at one, but you could change that to higher numbers, if needed. You can also set the Single file size limit.
