- [Instructor] When you need a similar form to one that already exists, why not create a copy? Here's how. Start from the my forms tab view, locate the form that you want to make a copy of and select more form actions. From the choices select copy. A copy is created with the same name and the number two appended, indicating this as a copy. And that's how you can create a copy of a form.
