Configure a net promoter score scale
- [Narrator] To measure customer experiences or gauge customer satisfaction, a Net Promoter Score question can be added to a form. Start by selecting add new. Then, from the menu, select more question types. From the context menu, select Net Promoter Score. In the question field, type in the question. An optional video or image can be included by selecting insert media. If this question is required, make sure that the required switch is turned on. If it's not, you can turn it off. Let's leave that turned on. And that's how you can add a Net Promoter Score question to a form.
