- [Curt] One of the most common ways to gain insights from your customers is to ask them to indicate how important some decision factors are in relation to others. In Microsoft Forms, you can ask your participants to rank different concepts from most to least important, providing you with valuable insights into their thinking. In this movie, I will show you how to create a ranking question in a Microsoft Forms survey. I've opened the survey that I created earlier, and I'll scroll down to below the existing questions, and click Add new. In the control that pops up, I don't immediately see ranking, I see rating, but this is different. So I'll click the down arrow here, and I will click Ranking. Here, I can enter in a question, and then a number of options. I could also, if I wanted to, insert some media.
