In this movie, I will show you how to capture how likely a form respondent is to share information about your products with your friends and colleagues by capturing what is called a net promoter score. I have opened the robot purchase survey, and I'll add a new question that will capture the net promoter score. So I will scroll down to the bottom of the form, and click add new. I need to click the more button to see more options, and there's net promoter score in the list. So I'll go ahead and click that, and the question is added.
