- [Instructor] If you have filled out a survey or online form recently, you might have seen a grid with items, such as products, in the first column and a list of sentiments or ratings in the top row. Your task is to indicate how you feel about each item based on the ratings available to you. This measure is called a Likert scale, and it's one of the most valuable elements available in Microsoft Forms. In this movie, I will show you how to create a Likert scale for use for a robot purchase from Red30 Incorporated. I have opened the survey that I created earlier, so I'll scroll down until I see the Add new button. I'll click Add new. And then I don't see Likert scale in the list that's available, so I'll click the More button. And Likert is the second option down.
