- [Instructor] At any time, while people are filling out a survey form, you can check the responses. You'll start with the form open and in the Questions view. Go to the top and select the Responses tab. Notice the two to the right of this before we select it. This is indicating that there are two responses that have been received. All right, let's go ahead and select Responses. Here, we're able to tell some details about this Lessons Learned form. In addition to two responses, we can see the average time to complete this is about 42 seconds and that this form is currently active. As we scroll through this dashboard type of a view, we're able to see more details specific to each question. So for question one, it has an average rating of 5.5.
