Take notes in a Teams web meeting

- [Instructor] If you attend a lot of Microsoft Teams online meetings and you and your fellow meeting attendees record the meeting, or take lots of notes pertaining to questions, ideas, action, items, decisions, and more and need to go back and refer to those, I'd like to show you a way that you can take notes directly within the Teams meeting. Here's how you can start. We're already in a meeting that's in progress, now this is something that you could of course set up ahead of a scheduled meeting. But this is a Meet Now an impromptu type of a meeting. For us to start taking notes, we need to locate the more actions menu, it's the ellipsis that is up here on the toolbar. Once you select this from the menu, select meeting notes a panel will display to the side of the meeting stage where it's acknowledging and letting you and everyone else know your notes will be displayed for everyone in the meeting.
