Tag notes for quick retrieval
- [Instructor] Do you have many notes about a specific topic or project that are spread throughout different sections and pages of a notebook or many notebooks? You can retrieve specific notes quickly if you tag them with pre-built or custom made tags. Here's how. First you'll need to select the note that you'd like to tag. Let's go ahead and select this note about the banquet project. Now notice when I do that, I have a mini tool bar that comes up. You can work with tags right from here. We have a to-do tag, we have a list of tags from this dropdown menu, and these are the pre-built tags and they're the same tags that you're going to find in the tags group of the home ribbon. Let's go ahead and select one from this mini toolbar, the menu that we already have open here, and then we'll take a look at the other list as well here in just a couple minutes. All right.
