- [Instructor] Microsoft is continually introducing new features and making improvements and changes to the Office 365 Cloud. And, all of these changes get documented in the Office 365 Message Center, which you can see right here. Now, as helpful as it may be to have access to this information, there may be situations in which other people in your organization could also benefit from knowing about some of these items. So, let's take a look at how we might do that. Let's suppose, for example, that we wanted to make someone else in the organization aware of the Security and Compliance related change that's about to happen. The way that I would do that is by clicking on the message, and that's going to open up the details of the message. So, from there, what I would do is click on Share. And, the next thing that I would do is enter the group name or the user name of the person that I want to share the message with.
