Share a form with project stakeholders
- [Instructor] Once a form is ready to be published, you can invite others to respond, such as stakeholders. Start by selecting the share button in the upper right corner. Then choose who you want to share this form with. Notice there are two choices. Only people in my organization can respond, which is the default setting, or anyone with this link can respond. If anyone with this link can respond is disabled for selection, your company likely has a policy setup that does not allow for external sharing. Okay, let's leave this set to only people in my organization can respond. Next, choose how you would like to provide a way for them to access this form. The first one is to copy a link. While this is selected, there's a field here with the link, and you can copy that to your device clipboard. It lets you know that the link is ready to be pasted.
