Reuse project message content with Quick Parts

- [Instructor] How many times have you copied content, say, from an email message or from a document and then pasted it into a new message? Would your answer be occasionally, frequently, all the time, or I haven't had to do that yet? Even if you haven't done this, you will probably need to at some point while managing a project. Let's take a look at how you can reuse a project message and turn it into a quick part that you can use in future messages. The quick parts feature that we'll be working with is only available in desktop Outlook apps such as Outlook 2019 or Outlook 365. Before we start working with quick parts, we do need to have this existing email in a state that provides the insert ribbon. You'll notice right now while we're viewing, we do not have the insert tab here. By selecting reply or forward, that will give us the insert ribbon to work with.
