Remove a domain

- [Instructor] Although it's probably not something that you'll have to do on a regular basis, you may sometimes find it necessary to remove a domain name from Microsoft Office 365. So let's take a look at how to do that. Right now I've got the Microsoft 365 Admin center open. And what I'm going to do is go to Setup and then click on Domains. And when I do that, you can see the domains that are currently registered to my Office 365 account, and there are two of them. The first one on the list is poseydemo.onmicrosoft.com. That's the domain name that was used by default when I first set up my account. The other one is poseytechwriting.com. That's a custom domain that I added later on. So let's remove that one. So what I'm going to do is click on that domain name, and when I do I'm taken to a screen for the domain. Right now the screen doesn't really show as much, but sometimes the screen will display a number of DNS records, and that's an important thing to note, because if Office 365…
