- [Instructor] Microsoft Teams can be the hub 2 to get project work done. 3 Customizing the channels of a team 4 can make it a more collaborative project workspace. 5 Adding a plan to a team channel 6 can help with that collaboration, 7 and it reduces the app to app switching 8 and the context switching that goes hand-in-hand with that. 9 Let's add an existing plan to the Speakers channel. 10 We'll go ahead and select the Speakers channel 11 and then come over here to the Posts tab area. 12 You'll notice this is a fairly new channel 13 and there's no conversations 14 that have been taking place in it yet. 15 If you're following along 16 and you're setting this up for a brand new team channel 17 or one that doesn't have any conversations yet, 18 there are some shortcuts here to help you get started. 19 So right from here, you can select the Planner icon, 20 and that's going to take you 21 to where you can create a Planner…
