- [Instructor] I always like to share helpful resources for the apps discussed in a course. Here's a short list for you to check out. Here within the Outlook desktop application, up in the ribbon area, notice a light bulb here that says, "Tell me what you want to do." This is the built-in help that you can get in a lot of your Office desktop applications, and even the web applications. By selecting this area, it gives you a field to type in what it is that you need help with. Let's say that we need help with tasks. It brings up a list of actions. These are the commands that you find on the ribbon, and other areas of the application, but instead of having to go and find those commands and selecting them, it brings it right to you here in this menu. So, to create a new task, we can select New Task. Or if you need to get help with tasks, notice down here in the Get Help area, because we typed in the word task, When I hover…
