- [Instructor] Microsoft Office 365 is a complex environment and occasionally you may find that you need to get a little help with a problem that you're having. Fortunately, there's a really easy way to get help. So let's take a look. So right now I'm signed in to Office 365 and I'm in the Admin Center. What I'm going to do is go to Support and then I'll click New Service Request. Now unfortunately you can't just automatically open up a service request. You have to try to get help from the automated assistant first. So let's take a look at how that works. For the sake of example, let's pretend that I was having trouble installing Office 2016. I might come up to the assistant and type something like how do I install Office 2016? And you'll notice that as I type, there are suggestions that are displayed down below.
