Forward an email to a team
- [Instructor] If your project team primarily works on a project within Microsoft Teams, this is likely where they communicate around the project too. What do you do if you receive an email that you want to share with your project teammates? lucky for you, each team channel has an assigned email address. So you can send that email through to a team channel and have it posted as a new conversation. Let's check it out. We're going to start here within the Teams application. Now the channel that we want to forward that email to is the Volunteers channel. So while hovering over Volunteers, we're going to come over here to the right and select more options. From the context menu, let's select get email address. This is the email address that was assigned to this channel when the channel was created, let's go ahead and select the copy button to copy it to the clipboard of this device.
