- [Instructor] Collecting project feedback may require several different kinds of data to be collected. Let's take a look at a few of the common types of feedback questions you can build within a form. Let's start with a rating question. To build this, let's select the plus add new button then from the menu that appears, select rating. Next, let's type the question in. The question's going to be, what is your overall rating for this project? We're going to type it right over the word question. Next, let's decide on how many levels will be available to choose from. For this, we're going to go to the levels field, select the downward facing arrow, and then choose the number from the list. Let's go with six. To the right of this, we also get to choose what symbol we'd like to use for this rating. Either a star or a number. Here's what the numbers would look like. And let's set this back to star.
