- [Narrator] Microsoft Forms is an application that is part of Microsoft 365. And it's used to collect feedback with surveys. During a project and even after a project wraps up, you collect feedback and measure satisfaction. Let's take a look at how you can create an online form to gather all of these insights. First thing we need to do is locate the Microsoft Forms app. For this, we're going to select all apps from the homepage and then select Forms from the list. To create a new form, select New Form over here on the left side and it gives us an untitled form. It's automatically saving this form with that default name, Untitled form. To change the name of this, click directly over the title. And now we can type within the field to give it a more meaningful name. Let's call this Lessons Learned.
