Attach a project file to an email from a web location

- [Instructor] While working on a project, you likely send many files by email to specific people. Instead of sending a copy of each file which can quickly become outdated, you can share a file from a cloud document library such as OneDrive or SharePoint online. Let's check out how to do this. I have a new message already open here within the drafts folder in Outlook on the web. You can also do this in a desktop version of Outlook such as Outlook 2019 or Outlook 365. All right. With this message over here to the right, from the tool bar above, a file can be attached by selecting the attach command and then making a selection from the context menu. As well, if we exit out of this context menu, and let's go ahead and open this in a new window, and then let's go ahead and maximize this window, make it easier for you to view.
