Assign roles to multiple users

- [Instructor] Occasionally you may find that you need to change role assignments for a variety of users. When this happens, you can do it through PowerShell, but you can also do it through the GUI, and there is a shortcut so that you don't have to do role assignments for one user at a time. Let me show you how this works. As you can see, I'm in the Office 365 admin center, and I'm going to expand users, and go to active users. So right now, I've got four users that have been assigned administrative permissions. And let's pretend that I want to revert those users back to the standard user role. The way that I can do that is by selecting the check box for each one of these users. So let me select those users. And when I do that, you can see that we have a bulk actions pane that appears on the right, and one of the actions on that bulk actions pane is edit user roles.
