- [Instructor] As your organization grows, you may find that some users, especially those in the IT department, need to be assigned administrative permissions. So let's take a look at how to do that. Right now, I've got the Microsoft 365 admin center open. And what I'm going to do is click on users and active users. And this is going to take me to a list of the users that are set up in my environment. So let's go ahead and designate a user as an administrator. I'm just going to pick a user at random and choose Chris Posey. And when I click on that user, I'm taken to a screen that shows various attributes of the user's account. And right here you can see that we have a roles section. And currently, this user has been assigned the user role, which means that this is just a standard user with no administrative access. So let's go ahead and change this and make this user a full blown administrator. To do that, I'll click on edit, and then I'll choose the global administrator option and…
