- [Narrator] The objective of this first chapter is to review the print dialog and its settings. Now let's open the file for chapter one, using the print dialog. There are several methods for accessing the print dialog. First, I can select the File pull down menu to locate the Print menu option. But if you are a button user, you will need to turn on the standard toolbox to access the Print button. Using the pull down menu, select Tools, Standard, to open the standard toolbox and then dock it anywhere you want in the application window. If you're a keyboard user, you can use the shortcut keys Control P to activate the print command. Personally, I am a keyboard user, so I will issue the Control P throughout this course to open the print dialog. But you can access the print command using any method you prefer.
