Using Print Organizer to batch print

- [Instructor] In this chapter we will continue with printing single sheet or multi-sheet PDFs. Open the file for chapter three, Printing to PDF. If you want to print a single sheet, you just have to select that sheet and open the print dialog to print. I will use control P and pick the print button. It really should be that simple. The settings and configurations that make it that simple will be discussed later in this course. If I want you print all the sheets to a PDF, I must use the Print Organizer command. Using the pull down menu select file, Print Organizer. This dialog allows you to add as many drawings as needed. One standard use of Print Organizer is to add all the project files and save the list to a print set file. Let's add the project files delivered with the course as a sample set to print. I will select the add files to set button and pick the add button to add the first file. Select the file Project One and pick okay to return to Print Organizer. You will notice that…
