- [Instructor] In this exercise, I will show you how to use a pen table to modify the design file output for check prints. We will change the entire print output to grayscale, and then modify only the graphics we want to check. In this example, we will highlight the utility elements for the final output. Continue using the file for chapter six, Print Symbology.dgm. And using View Group, select the model Check Prints. Using the Print dialog, select Resymbolization, New Pen Table, and name the file Utilities.tbl. Double-click on the new section and rename it to All Grayscale. Using the Output Actions tab, turn on color, and change the color to a light gray color. Using the pulldown menu, select Edit, Insert New Section Below, and name it Cable. Now using the Elements Selection Criteria tab, pick the Levels button and select the level Cable. Using the Output Actions tab, set the color to color six and the width to 10. Now, select the Map Pen Weights button, and select Edit, Create New…
