Exporting a photogrammetry model for 3D printing

- [Tutor] In this video, we'll cover exporting a mesh for metal shape for 3D printing. I've got the Exercise Files sample-set-05-mesh-edit-export.psx open, and you can find that in the Exercise folder, sample-set-05-mesh-edit. So here I've got a model and let's go ahead and use our middle mouse wheel to zoom out in the model view. So I've done quite a bit of cleaning up this model, I've closed all the holes, I've smoothed it out, I've decimated it and now I'm ready to export it for 3D printing. Before I do that, I want to make sure to double-check the mesh topology to make sure there aren't any errors in the mesh surface. So let's go up to Tool's Mesh submenu, and let's click on View Mesh Statistics. I can see here some stats about this mesh, and this is looking really good. I don't see anything like Degenerate faces or Zero faces or Open edges. Any of those would undoubtedly throw a wrench into my 3D printing…
